Hi Lyndsay: Thank you for sharing your recipes. I have a question for your Asian Sweet Roll using tangzhong method. I would like to make it into a loaf, filled with walnuts, raisins and sunflower seeds. I am thinking about using my bread machine. Any suggestions on how to, using your recipe and how long should i bake it and at what temperature. Thank you. Dee
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a wonderful idea for a loaf! This recipe also makes beautiful cinnamon buns. I would bake it at 325 for about the same amount of time as the buns - just keep an eye on it. Not sure about the bread machine as I've never used one - sorry I can't be of more help with that.
DeleteHi Lindsay, where do you buy the noodles for your shrimp noodle bowl and what brand are they? Thanks, Bonny
ReplyDeleteHi Bonny, stir fry noodles can be found in the Asian food section of your grocery store. I encourage you to watch the video so you can see the texture you;ll be looking for. I like to use KAME Stir Fry Hokkien noodles - they can be purchased at Walmart.
