It's the Canada Day long weekend here in the land of hockey and people who say "eh."
And with the 4th of July right around the corner for my American friends, I wanted to share an easy, portable dessert that is perfect for outdoor entertaining, picnics, or even camping.
To Canada Day this one up, do a topping of strawberries and whipping cream, and to red White and Blue it, just add blueberries. The beauty of this recipe is that you can truly add whatever fruit you have on hand and it will always be delicious!
